The History Behind The Property
The Craftsman Bungalow was built in the 1930s. We are just the third property owners and have committed ourselves to restoring this old hog farm. The property is comprised of numerous relics of an old summer kitchen, outbuildings, smokehouses, and barns.
It is still a work in progress but a labor of love.
In January of 2019 we took ownership and began the process of transitioning the property into our little dream store and haven’t looked back. We hope the property will become a melting pot for dealers and local artisans looking for a place to show off their treasures as well as a place to draw inspiration.

Susan’s love for everything vintage, antique, and old started with her family. The time she spent with her grandparents looking through old photographs. The stories they would tell and memories of times gone by. She learned the quality of the pieces and would often restore them with her mother. Refined Relics is the perfect outlet for Susan to explore her love for the stories behind these treasures. Whether it’s restored, reused, repurposed, or salvaged past treasures, Susan loves to
